Hi, I'm Eunmi!
I am a 500HR registered Yoga Teacher and 250HR Certified Sound Healer.
I am a 200 E-RYT, who has taught yoga classes for over 1800 HR, and is a registered YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider).
To date, I have led over 200 sound healing meditation & yoga workshops/events.
Eunmi is a devoted practitioner and teacher of yoga who imparts her passion for life and well-being into every class. Her style is all her own. It is both instinctive, yet, steeped in the traditional aspects of yoga. Her classes focus on breath, alignment, Flow, and the interconnection between mind, body, and spirit; allowing students to work at their own pace in a safe and empowering environment.
Eunmi's Style
"For me, Flow is the natural state of being. My teaching is often inspired by our potential to move. The Flow of my class incorporates energetic movements through a series of asanas, by which my students experience a sense of fluid physical motion. Movement through these postures is synced with the breath, creating an even greater sense of rhythm, strength, ease, and a release of tension.
My classes can be gentle movements into stillness, and at other times they can be made of bold movements rooted in strength and presence. Whatever class you join me for, I invite you to listen to the wisdom of your body and be curious - and most of all, to enjoy the Flow and form of the body you have in this present moment."
