What are 7 Chakra Crystal Bowls?

Crystal bowls, also called quartz singing bowls, are musical instruments made of pure quartz crystal. Each bowl is carefully tuned to a specific musical note, such as C, D, E, F, G, A, B, which corresponds to different energy centers in the body called chakras. The idea behind crystal singing bowls is that their vibrations can resonate with these chakras, helping to restore balance and promote well-being. They are thought to transmit energy to the aura and influence brain wave activity, leading to a more harmonious state of consciousness.

What is Crystal bowl Sound Bath Meditation?

Crystal Sound Baths are immersive sound baths(in Savasana/on the back) where we will let the vibrations of these special Crystal bowls slowly heal, restore and awaken us to our deepest, all-knowing, and all-welcoming selves. Through meditation, visualizations, breathing and these harmonic sounds we will push away the distractions and anxiety of everyday life and we will embrace the present so that we can find a state of quiet inner peace.

What can you expect?

This 7 Chakra Crystal Bowl Meditation is designed to clear and balance every part of your body, mind and spirit.  Attendees will begin with a guided meditation that helps you let go and become fully aware of the present moment. As I begin to play, the Singing Bowls’ vibrations find what is “out of tune” within you and help to rebalance it through a gentle "Sound Massage" that will leave you rested and renewed. 

What is the purpose?

The purpose of this session is to create a safe and peaceful place to relax, recharge, rejuvenate, and connect to the healing sounds of the 7 Chakras.
